I know you were not criticizing me smile.

I know I will have to do small changes at a time. I always try to make changes fast and at once and I also always fail.

My goal is to not drink any Pepsi with my meals. I want to get up early and eat at least one egg during breakfasts, eat dinners and suppers that are balanced (meat and vegetable) and to only drink water in between. Then just eat whatever snacks I want the rest of the day with Pepsi (this and salt i cannot go without...i can learn to take less Pepsi but not salt).

Been saying that a lot these past few months but now that I had the awakening I needed I'll soon do it, I just have a few things to figure it out, these things are more important and urgent to take care of.

Cutting out the Pepsi will be a HUGE step in the right direction! You'll be getting rid of sugar and caffeine, two things that are major drains on your energy. And replacing it with water will help clear out those toxins, too.

Today I had grape juice, orange powder with water (put in the freezer for a slushie) and Pepsi with two toats, cheese, a sandwich (mustard, cheese and a scrambled egg), chocolate (creamy milk solid Care Bears heart), white rice with tomato paste, homemade whipped cream, white uncooked potatoes fried in vegetable oil and butter, shrimps and pretzels.

I also took vitamins, calciums and 330ml of water (1 cup was for the slushie).

Today I had my EAS shake for breakfast. Now I'm having country peach tea - it's a bit chilly.

I'm not quite ready for my salad yet.
