I grilled a piece of sourdough bread using non-stick cooking spray. Olive oil works well, too. Then, I mixed creamy Dijon with spicy horseradish and used it to moisten the bread. Finally, I piled on some DiLusso rare roast beef. It was a yummy open-face sandwich.

Thanks Allyson! That DiLusso roast beef is tasty, indeed!

I've been using rye crackers as my bread lately and topping them with tuna salad. I usually have some fruit as an accompaniment, such as a clementine, an apple, or some grapes. Delish!

I had lunch at Adrian's Cafe today in Overland Park, Kansas. They make their own bread each day. Wow! I had a corned beef sandwich. It was dressed with mayo, pickle, lettuce and tomato on a yummy pumpernickel bread. Fantastic!

Angus burger on sourdough bread with spring greens, steamed red onion, dill pickle, mayo and mustard. I ate some Campari tomatoes with the sandwich.
