I had the most delicious pulled pork sandwich, it was a barbeque pulled pork sandwich with sliced smoked kielbasa, coleslaw and pickles - all on toasted onion bun. OH MY GOODNESS it was good!

OK have to get a dig in here! (laughing!). I have my carnitas pulled pork recipe on my site. You can tweak it and not put in the peppers and such. It is a great base recipe for "taco night, pulled pork sandwiches, my kalua pork and of course the Cuban sandwich recipe...

You can use the same cooking method, times of cooking the pork with all of the recipes. It's a great addition to your recipe box! My husband, kids, family and friends always ask me when I am making it again.
