Colman's mustard may be an acquired English taste - hot, smooth with a taste that lingers on the tongue. The Colman's Mustard Cookbook provides a wealth of ideas for using this condiment, made by an English company established in 1814.
You are an angel for posting this! I grew up on the stuff. If you are brave enough you eat a quarter teaspoon from the jar. Great for stuffy noses. Wonderful product! Great on lamb!!
