From this photo it seems a little bit of flooding is no reason to let things slide in Austria.

On one side of the wall in this village garden the worst flood to have hit Central Europe in centuries rages past - on the other the lawn is being mowed ready for better days.

The 'traffic' notice on the river says Boats Crossing
