Your delicious cherry spread gave me an idea for your site! What about developing flavored mustard recipes? Homemade mustard is not hard to make at all. Any type of gourmet flavored mustard is expensive to buy. Could you come up with some delicious flavored mustard recipes?
There is stone ground mustard, champagne mustard, apple cider mustard, sweet-hot mustard but it would be great to be able to make some fruit-flavored mustards. Mustard is such a strong flavor by itself so I'd think something sweet would be called for.
