I was on the S.S. Winno (after you beat Sin's mouth) and if you go on the top deck of it you see this lady sitting down. Talk to her a few times and she will say she studies animals in Spira. Talk to her for a few more times and she will ask you if you can count the seagulls around the ship. There are 11 seagulls. Then go back to her and tell her you counted 11. oo o! i know this one lol i did it a little while ago <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> i think the ace wizard raises wakkas magic by something like 40%. which is pretty good.
