It's spring and soon you will be wearing your sleeveless tops and it's time to get rid of under arm jiggle. This set of exercises will work the muscle groups involved in strenghthening and toning the arms.
Great set of exercises. I think for me, I start out too ambitious and go for the heavier weights before I should - then I get too sore, discouraged and give up in a day or so.
Perhaps scaling it down a notch or two should work.
