Hi, Terri - Yesterday I weedwhacked in the garden and took a walk. Now that it is in gardening season, I will be working outside a lot in our vegetable garden.

It feels so good to get outside and move those muscles.

Hey Sandra, I weedwhacked the garden too. In fact, I did so much I broke the trimmer!

Sounds like you got a great workout! Are you arms sore today? Sometimes those weedwackers are heavy.

I was out in the garden yesterday and today. Today I even hula hooped for the first time in a while! I have a heavy duty 3lb Acu Hoop exercise version with knubbies on it -

How cool. Gotta love those hula hoops and what pretty colors.

I haven't hula hooped in years but it sure sounds like fun. And that is a beautiful hula hoop - love the colors!

Tina - Sorry you broke your trimmer but I bet it was a great feeling to see those weeds whacked down.

I don't know how Tina feels but my arms are a little sore. And I have a fairly lightweight trimmer. At least it lets me know I am getting in shape.
