Would love to know which postures you like.

Mine has to be Ushtrasan - The Camel Pose. I really like the deep stretch on the thighs and back with this one, then folding into child pose straight after. Lovely!

Might sound crazy, I also really love Shavasan. The deep relaxation and peace that comes after the practice while laying in Shavasan is second to none. It always feels like Shavasan integrates the session and sets me up to start my day in a positive frame of mind.

My favorites change depending on how I'm feeling. Does that happen with you too?

I love meditation so yes I definitely love the relaxation pose smile.

I love bridge pose. It feels great on my spine to slowly lower to the ground at the end. Blissful.

I also love the half lord of the fishes, with its spinal twist.

My favorite pose is Downward Facing Dog. Nothing else even comes close.

I would say corpse pose but that sounds lazy. Tree pose, but it's hard for me to balance. Warrior pose, triangle pose and child's pose all feel great.

I don't know too many poses. You have given me incentive to look into those other poses. Thanks!

I prefer the ustrasana or camel pose, kapotasana or pigeon pose. They are great for the overall body stretching.

Great to hear all your favorites. I love the Corpse pose Lori - it's one of the most beneficial postures we can do. I listed it as one of my favorites smile

I love Downward Facing Dog too - especially once you get your feet to stay flat on the floor throughout. The stretch is fabulous.
