Hi all,

I decided to let my gym membership end and will be going to the employee gym to save a bit of money since it's free (and I'm equipping myself for running and races). I'm looking for a good at-home Zumba workout DVD. I saw the Latin Dance DVD in stores, but I'm not sure if it's the same as Zumba...

...Thoughts? I still might drop in a class every now and then, but again I'm saving money and it seems my favorite instructors are leaving the gym.

Diane,
Here is what I read as far as recommendations. Your choice would be based on what your goals are:
Zumba Fitness Basic Workout (highly recommended for beginners)
Zumba Fitness 20-Minute Express Workout
Zumba Fitness Cardio Party Workout
Zumba Fitness Live!

You could probably find these on Amazon and get a description. I tried Zumba but I am seriously uncoordinated and it hurt my knees.

Hi Terri,

Zumba hurt my legs too when I first tried it, the instructor was only interested in doing moves repeatedly for long, long minutes rather than actually dancing, I was able to find another instructor who actually danced.

I saw those on Amazon, interesting they are either in a game such as XBox or Wii or the DVD's only seem to be sold in sets. I'll definetely keep looking.
