It's weekly weigh-in time! I had James over for the weekend so now I'm 132.2lb, 19.4% fat, 55.2% water, 36.9lb muscle. Time to renew my mindful eating.

Monday is Weekly Weigh-In Day! At a Chaine des Rotisseurs event last night; I gained a bit  . 132.8lb, 20.0% fat, 55.2% water, 35.3lb muscle. I'll make sure to do my yoga and Wii dancing daily this week to offset the indulgence! How are you doing?

Now 52 weeks since I started the diet. Weighed in at 72kg
That's 35.4 kg lost in one year (= 78 pounds)
