I forgot to post a Monday weigh-in OK, Tue weigh-in! 127.8lb, 18.5% fat, 56.4% water, 36.3lb muscle. It's good to track your health. If nothing else, it helps make you aware of sudden changes.

My weekly weigh-in - 129.8lb, 18.9% fat, 55.9% water, 36.5lb muscle. I need to get back into my daily yoga - I miss it a lot. I've just been so busy, but it's important to build that routine.

I weigh every Wednesday and today I was 84kg (which converts to 185 lb) which might seem a lot but when I started Feb 13 I was 107.4kg (236.7 lb) - another 10kg to go ...

That is awesome news, Peter! Congratulations! Bob began at 300 and got down to 185 or so, before he slid back up again. He needs to get more active again (and stop with the pizza ).

It's Monday's Weekly Weigh-In! I've crossed the 130 line (in the wrong direction), to 130.2lb, 19.0% fat, 55.7% water, 36.5lb muscle. It was that wine dinner Sunday. Time to refocus my energy and my #lowcarb menu.
