Technically nothing makes you fat except yourself (or your parents when it has to do with kids). I have never eaten low and no fat, salt, sugar and calories food and I have no weight issues (except a little tummy i got because i used moving to another city as an excuse to stop exercising...im taking care of that before it gets worst), it's just that I never eat in excess and when you do that you don't have to worry about gaining weight (dont need to count what you eat its that easy...when you eat chips just dont eat the whole bag...donuts not an entire box..dont eat fast food everyday...etc...). As far as beer goes drinking too much of it should only have you will be an alcoholic as a warning.
