If you don't want to serve a wrap, put the filling on a bun and make it a sloppy chicken sandwich.

This is one of our new favorites, Debbie! It is not something that I would serve at a "meet and greet" dinner. Serve it to family and good friends who don't mind eating with a napkin in the hand. Or, maybe we just stuffed our wraps too full.

You can also layer some warm beans on a tostado shell and top them with the Southwestern Chicken Peppers and Onions. Sprinkle a little cheese and lettuce on top, and you have a dandy sandwich meal.

Spoon a bit of the filling into crispy taco shells and dress them like tacos with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and salsa. You might also like a dollop of guacamole.
