If you have electric baseboard heaters I recommend you clean them. I just finished doing mine and the dust and dirt was significant. I'm hoping this improves their performance and lowers my electricity bill.

So if you have them and have time, take a vacuum and small brush and dust them. Remember to turn them off first for safety. Don't forget to dust the thermostats, too.

Also, a can of compressed air helps to get the dust out of the hard to reach places. Let the heaters sit for a short while before turning them back on. Hope this helps with your electric bill.
