Even though this site is primarily about getting dishes out quickly, I try to post recipes that are not only quick but also healthy. Of course "quick" often requires the use of convenience foods that are sometimes substandard, and usually full of preservatives and other garbage that we don't want to think about. Which is most important to you? Do you have a problem with convenience foods, or is time saved more important than totally healthy? It'd be nice to hear your thoughts.
Also, being a real foody with definite ideas on certain foods that I consider "food crimes against humanity," (my list includes margarine, frozen whipped topping, canned red enchilada and white alfredo sauces...), are there foods you would never use or feed to your loved ones even if you were starving?
