Had my shake for breakfast, now having salad with olives and cheese, and light Italian dressing. Sadly, my store no longer carries Very Veggie (the bagged brand I loved) and now has a store version. There are less pea pods in it. Hmph. What are you having?

As for low-carbing it, I made some shirazi last night. That fresh cucumber-tomato-mint salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
Lisa, you've got me hooked on those low-carb chocolate shake drinks from Advantage. I don't drink them daily but I do drink them when I need to rush out in the morning. They taste great, keep me filled and have a slow glucose rise. Thanks!
