Recently I had a recipe request for chicken Pizzaioli. Hmmm. What is that? I wondered. Went to google to look it up: Pizzaiolo is someone who makes pizzas. How do you make your crusts? Sometimes I use Nan bread, which is easy and delicious. Sometimes I use the yeast specially made for pizza's.

This is not a pizza recipe, but a chicken with sauce recipe. I've sometimes purchased ready-made pizza dough when I wanted to make a pizza; I don't really have a favorite recipe but can see if I find a good one. Naan sounds like a good choice, too!
