I exercised my brain today. The family history had me intrigued and so as facts on a particular family became available, I typed up the information.

I just found while looking on Amazon Canada balance platform balls which I loved when I was a kid! If I do buy one I will buy it from Amazon because they have more choices. I found some with critics made by adults who says it is good for adults (even found a video or a woman using it) and most say it feels like a real exercise. I maybe could start with that when I will finally start exercising again.

I am going to start walking again soon. I first have to get out of the Australian time zone. If one night the wind stops being so strong I will take a night walk. Hopefully by then if my insomnia is still there it will go away (it started when i normally start walking again - normally spend the entire summer inside then max when hockey is back im walking again).

It is a shame that yesterday I had errands and an appointment because the weather was awesome, I would of walked at night but when we came back home the wind was stronger and then it was almost like we had snow tornadoes outside.

walked to the market and back pushing a loaded Rolser cart home - half mile roundtrip - perfect for age 70.

I will finally start walking again tomorrow; I do not care if it is cold and that the wind is strong I will go outside!

My plan for the weeks Rafael Nadal will not play is to go on the beach then after his matches walk to the post office boxes and the other days longer walks.

I will even maybe go outside later. If I do I will stay in our yard, depending where I go it could be considered a small walk since our yard is big!

Also I forgot to mention that I will make sure after I am done doing a few things (should last the europe season of tennis) to walk and explore this place (will use sunscreen then) because my parents have to sell in less than three years. There's a dirt road at the left and behind our house and from there you can walk to different places and also there's a few paths that go in a forest. Plus for the beach I have not gone far and I want to do that too.

Went outside (just came back like 5 minutes ago). Went with mom. We walked for a few minutes in our yard then went on the beach for at least twenty minutes then after a few more minutes we went back inside.

I won't go outside today. I had planned to start walking today but since yesterday I did go outside and did walk it's okay. Good thing because it is very cold with strong winds.
