Here's my latest article. Just sitting and channeling it has left me with a beautiful feeling of peace and quietude. I hope you feel the same when you read the guidance:

Finding the Peace Within

Hi Lauren,

This is Exactly what I needed to hear today.

All of my family considered me a ' Lazy good for nothing ' -- ' Don't want to do anything ' -- ' What do you do all day ' ???!!!

LaZY bUM.

There is nothing to do.

There is only being already who I AM.

This is a Very, Very, Very clear and accurate channeled message.

May you continue to be at your core for longer and longer periods of time.

And continue to express in the outer what we already are within.

It helps tremendously because that foolish ego sure likes to clamor.

Blessed Be.

Cheers Burt! The art of just sitting is noble indeed and we need to do more of it smile

Thank You Lauren !

I even heard a radio programme announcer say the other day, " All these action movies are foolish, when are we going to calm down, sit down and read the classics " ?

Cheers,

Lauren.

Thank You again for such a beautiful post.

I'll be looking forward to more like this in the future smile
