I adore crispy, crunchy snacks. Aside from nuts, raw carrots and raw celery, can you think of some yummy crunchy low-carb snacks for me?
I have become addicted to kale chips! But I find that I can eat two whole bunches of dried kale before I know it! To make them, I tear fresh whole kale leaves, coat with olive oil and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and garlic powder. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, turning once. After they come out, I sprinkle on sea salt and toasted sesame seeds. SO SO SO addictively delicious!
But what else can I make to satisfy my crunchy junkie addiction? (I do love to crunch on apples!)
