Kripalu is one of the most well known types of yoga. Their school teaches all types of yoga as well as meditation and Ayurveda, which was once an Indian medicine, now used everywhere.

I've practiced Kripalu yoga before and am always relaxed by the gentle style.

You say this routine "here". Did you describe the routine somewhere. I know you did at one time but it has been quite awhile.

It's true having a regular practice to go to is wonderful. However, if you have been practicing for awhile you will want to changes poses out periodically. Try some of the poses you tend to avoid. If you're like me you stick to the poses you like, but it is necessary to cover the different groups of poses to grow and advance. Read my article:

Those are great articles, Terri!

I find yoga to be very relaxing.

Yoga reduces cortisol (stress hormone) levels in your body - which can significantly reduce visceral fat levels!

A lovely yoga session this morning with sun shining and birds chirping. Now a large to-do list - will take it one step at a time! Namaste!

I'm on vacation in Arizona. Wow, it is sunny and 95 degrees every day. So glad to finally be warm. Inspired me to do yoga out by the pool. Was so nice.
