Today is Monday, let's talk about three of our goals for this week. I'll start with mine.

1) Walk at least 30 minutes per day, twice a day. -- In order to do this I have an alarm set twice a day at 10am and 3pm. Those are times that work for me. If it's not decent outside I will put in my walking tape and walk that way in the living room. If it's decent outside I'm headed out doors.

2) Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner (I tend to forget to eat when I am working then I'm starving later) -- To ensure I stick to this I have planned out each day of breakfasts, lunches and dinners.I have purchased the items necessary to accomplish this task as well as prepared anything that I can ahead of time.

3) Drink enough water every single day -- This is easy. I have my filter, and I can just drink at will. I have a water bottle that I will keep with me at all times and my goal is to keep it at least halfway full when I'm working so that I don't look over for a drink, see it empty and keep working.

What works best for me is : no sugar at all! Carbs only from vegetables and no eating after 7 p.m. ... I eat every 2 hours (rather small amounts), so I never get really hungry. First 2 weeks were hell, but now I finally see some result, that’s why I will keep on dieting. Good luck Jemimah

My weight loss goals this week is :-

1. I have take some vitamins and supplements foods .
2. I have drink plenty of water such as at -least 9 - 10 glass of water drink per day .
3. I have take green tea daily .
4. I have regularly done morning and evening walking .
5. I like to dancing .so I have daily one hour practice for dance .
