Massage & Music has always helped, they are proven stress busters, I also prefer dancing for de-stress
Breathing and meditation actually works when I do it but I can never do it for long (breathing slower i can do longer than meditation) I have so many things in my head that it makes it difficult. I never got a massage but I believe that this could work. Music is one of the three things that can calm me down and take away my stress and sadness for a while (Rammstein and the music of the last 3 Batman movies are the best for me [im actually listening to the best track of The Dark Knight Rises right now...21..i can only do that on Youtube since it was not on the CD] that music always works for me). The others are my favorite movies (Batman Begins is the best...i was in like a trance the first time i saw it..i did not even heard the beautiful music) and the Dallas Stars (they are playing tonight). But the all time best thing for me to take away all my stress and sadness was seeing Michael Schumacher drive, I could totally forget about everything while watching him.
