MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)supposedly is a natural form of sulfur that can reset the entire histamine response in your body. It's not okayed by the FDA. Has anyone had experience with it?

My mom takes MSM and said she feels a lot healthier for taking it. The main thing she has noticed is that for the first time in her life, she has strong nails. She said it's because of her taking the MSM.
