Today's yoga was wonderful, restful, stretching, and decorated with hummingbirds smile. A perfect way to begin the week. #yoga #hummingbirds

Someone suggested I try Tiger Balm on my shoulders before yoga today. It only tingled a little. Maybe it's old? It's the tube kind. #yoga

Still doing yoga indoor. Yesterday we had snow. Today gray and cold. Will spring ever come. I love doing yoga in the sun.

Kelly, there are several different forms of Sun Salutations, the most common being Sun Salutation A. How many do you do each day?

Lisa, you are so disciplined. I have trouble with my schedule, trying to fit everything in. I know if I did my yoga first thing in the morning it would be best but I'm not a morning person and prefer late afternoon or evening.

Technically I'm not a morning person - I wake up around 1pm or 2pm or so smile. Still, I do the yoga right when I wake up. Otherwise life takes over and I never find the time.

Tried yoga with Tiger Balm Ultra on my shoulders. It was good, but not "really" different. Maybe because my yoga top is a halter?

I should try it with a regular t-shirt, to hold in the heat.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who would rather work at night and sleep late. You're right do the yoga first thing, or I may never get it done. Do you mind telling me what time do you start and finish work? You are so busy.

I work from home. I wake up somewhere between 1-3pm. I then work until probably 3am or so, and go to sleep. I sometimes might watch an hour or two of TV with Bob in the living room. I start with my hour of yoga most days. I'm hoping now that it's warmer that I'll be able to do some kayaking some afternoons.

Juliet the cat is a great assistant with yoga poses. Here she helps me with extended child pose. #yoga #serenity
