Good idea, Beetle! Debbie, a few frozen cinnamon rolls should keep the guys entertained for quite awhile -- also, give us some fun time watching.

No hot coffee on the ice, Granpappy. We got a nice place for you guys to huddle and drink your java off the ice.

Oh! So sorry 'bout that, please forgive. I should have known better -- guess I was thinking of 'cuddle' by the fire pit away from the ice.

Does this mean I have been sent to a 'time out'? frown

Granpappy whispered something about forgiving... I think I heard something about a minute or two as his opposing goalie...

Hmmmm .... is my time up?

I don't know about this "opposing goalie' thing. He hits those cinnamon rolls pretty hard and fast and I do not dodge fast enough.

You're not suppose to dodge; you have to block/stop the flying disc to prevent it from going into the netting. I see Granpappy bringing out a large amount of equipment, pads & helmets. Guess he's ready to go full bore on the rink.

Dude! I am really in for it now. I gotta learn this game real fast here. Elbow block - dip and knee block - hockey stick (or is that putter?) block - etc.

He is bringing a full-grown boar onto the rink? I am outta here! Those critters are dangerous!!!! Granpappy I might be able to handle, Beetle I have had practice competing with -- but, a boar? No way!

My gosh! Beetle, the boar is wearing mardi gras beads? This is going to be a very interesting thing to watch, what with the Hawaiian Pig Roast and all. Can I have the beads when the boar gets roasted?

Looks like all us folks will have one fine spring this year. smile
