it is so true what you say akka. When like Abraham we realise where our blessings come from, we will not be worried about all the other worldly details of life. The same was true of King David with regard to his strength. When facing Goliath, or the wild animals, while the others around him saw the strength of the opposition, all David saw was that they didn't stand a chance since they didn't serve the living God.

Thanks Sheen and so good to see your post. It is amazing that you bring out the comparison with David. I guess one thing that was common in these faith heroes is that looking up to God was second nature to them. We would do well to follow their example!
