Music calms me down (Rammstein and the scores of the Batman movies with Christian Bale always works). Walking also calms me down. The best was watching Michael Schumacher drive, not only did it calmed me down but it also helped me free my mind from everything that bothered me. Christian Bale playing Batman makes me excited but in a way that is calming, haha.
