Tracy -

I enjoyed the article immensely! I've tried three different instructors so far. One was on my retreat at Kripalu and I liked her a lot. That's expensive though. The second was a six-session freebie I won at a studio's grand opening. I liked her but it's too far to go often. The third was my local gym. I *loved* that teacher and went every week, but she eventually gave it up to work elsewhere. So I suppose technically I did try her replacement for 2 sessions but the replacement was too "harsh" for me.

So now I'm back to just doing it on my own smile

Thank you - glad you enjoyed it smile

It is always a good idea to find an instructor you like and gel with. I think there can be a lot of uncertainty with yoga and through practice and experience it becomes easy to create your own sequences
