I have Jury Duty and it makes for an interesting component in my weight loss journey. For those that don't know I am following a plant based diet. This normally requires a lot of planning and prepping. (I have a callous on my finger from chopping!)

I thought it would be hard being in a strange place but I'm quickly learning that raw fruit and veggies are truly "fast food" it's changed a little bit about how I view my weight loss plan.

How do you handle being in a strange situation with your weight loss plan?

Hi Stephanie,
I am totally grain and processed food free. When I am in a strange place I just go for the protein, healthy fats and veggies. smile

Good to note that my jury duty is over. I got an automated call that I'm no longer needed. Sort of feels like unfinished business, but that is the nature of the beast. NOW I can focus on other things, thank goodness.

You can never go wrong with veggies.
