I took a walk slightly over 3 miles, felt like more since a good portion of it was uphill. Pity huffing and puffing isn't exercise, as I did a lot of that.

Mona, it was too cold to walk today. After last week being 70+ degrees and today it is 35 degrees. Unbelievable.

Wow, Angie, what a drop in temperature. I don't think we've had any daytime temperatures as low as 35. But we haven't had anything as high as 70 for a long time. But without little ones and pets, nothing we get here is too cold to walk. Too wet, yes. And sometimes too windy.

Just came back from a walk; I went to the cemetery, took the right path and entered back via the left path.

It was partly cloudy. The wind was from none to almost none to small to medium to strong to very strong and it was cold.

The waves were medium (gigantic at the peak). Again ice everywhere that can be above the water (at the peak about 3/4 was under the water).

I saw Crows.

I decided not to walk today. It is not as cold as some of the walks lately but I also do not feel like it. Anyway on February 6 I probably will start exercising again and if not then I will make sure to walk every day without exceptions and these walks I will not stop even when someone wants to talk.

I've walked at least three miles today everyday for the previous ten days. I did walk before that, but sometimes only 1.5-2 miles. It's good, but it's scarcely making a dent in the ravages of Christmas overindulgence!

Just came back from a walk, I went to the end of our street at the left (where the postal boxes are).

I walked just over two miles. It's surprising how much walking public transport involves. Oh, and I did go to an art exhibition.
