Just came back from a walk.

Today I stopped at one guard rail that is after the house I stopped at yesterday.

Almost no waves.

It is much greener today. More grass and more leaves on every trees. I even saw flowers in one place.

I saw Gulls, Crows, Ducks, Gooses and three other breeds of Bird.

Just came back from a walk.

Today I stopped between the small guard rail and a house.

That walk was a real exercise! I started and the wind was strong but not strong enough to push me around then after about five minutes it started pushing me on the back then with less than five minutes to reach the half point it started coming from the water side so it pushed me that way so I had that on that side when I was walking back home then it was also from the front so I was being pushed two ways then it was only from the front, I had trouble breathing when it was on my face plus at one point along with the smell of the beach I almost threw up, by the end I was sweating bullets. It was cloudy too and the clouds were getting darker and darker. I had a few drops of rain on me when I was almost home.

Medium waves.

I saw Gulls, Crows and five other breeds of Bird.

Eek! I never vigorously clean house. Though I can see it would be, in its way, a more useful exercise than going to the gym, because of the double outcome. But then I never go to the gym either.

But I have walked 10,000 steps today. On Monday I did 17,000. I was accompanying family members who are visiting London and we did the Cabinet War Office in St James, the Imperial War Museum, and the London Eye. Whew! I was wrecked.

I walked today but not for long. It started to get a little drizzly out there so I headed back to the house.
