I'm experimenting with the F-Stop settings on my camera. Do you ever play with that on yours? I have a Canon S-100.

Here are two images in my test set today.

F2.0 -


That's the range my camera can handle. As you can see, a subtle difference.

I'm going to try a closer up image now.

Here's another example with a closer in subject, a Japanese lantern.

So you can see that in the 2.0 image the shed in the back is a little fuzzier. Also the overall image seems to have more contrast.
