Hello Sacred Friends,
I wrote this article a few weeks ago, but just had my first experience at a Prayer Circle for Idle No More! The event was held yesterday in beautiful, sunny, downtown Seattle a few feet away from Pike Place Market!
It was a sacred event. First Nations Elders spoke and prayed. Grandfather Sun was upon us as we stood before the waters of Puget Sound. Our prayers for Peace were heard. My love to you all.
New voices cry out the same messages our Ancestors cried out centuries ago. Today, the voices of First Nations are being heard all over the world. The movement known as “Idle No More†is a gathering of like minds and spirits that have had enough. These voices have been ignored for too long.
