Hi Stephanie,
I agree that if the parent changes their way of eating it will trickle down to the child. They should eliminate all processed foods. Healthy saturated fats are good for their developing brains.
I love the topic of healthy eating! I will be posting articles on the connection between nutrition and mental health in the near future. I hope we can have great discussions.
