Sounds lovely. My session was postponed from this morning to this afternoon due to family considerations - and space! I did some gentle stretches, spinal twists and pranayama before an hour meditation.
I Forgot to check in, but I think I've done yoga every day since my last post. I've really enjoyed the routine, and I love having the bird feeder right "in front of me" while I do the practice. And now my petunia is flowering!
