Otakon has announced that Vic Mignogna will be a guest at their next convention. Mignogna's credits include Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Scythe in Soul Eater, and Ikkaku in Bleach.
Otakon is taking place August 9-11, 2013 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland.
