I'm working with horses right now and yoga is a must. It helps to release the tightness in lower back and hips, just so I can get on a horse. Not only does it help keep you centered, it is amazing how the horse knows this.

Susan, what a wonderful way to start the day. It would be great if we all did this. Maybe I see a challenge coming.

Weather is absolutely beautiful - did a full yoga session on the back porch with Juliet the cat. And hummingbirds. And phoebes smile.

Gorgeous outdoor yoga session - just the right dappled shade and friendly hummingbirds. Breathe in. Release. And a new day begins.

I gave a wonderful private lesson to a friend who took my 200 hour teacher training with me. After the lesson, she gave me feedback on my teaching. It was a chance to improve my teaching and celebrate how far I've come with yoga. What a gift Patanjali gave to this world!

Lovely relaxing yoga session in the back yard. Butterflies, hummingbirds, chickadees, titmice, and Juliet sprawled on the porch. Bliss. #namaste

I had a wonderful yoga session today. Every day I can see my flexibility and balance build just a little bit more. I highly recommend giving yoga a try! In the meantime, the Onion reports Buddhists are unleashing tranquility on the west smile

Gorgeous yoga on my back porch. I love the gentle spinal twist poses. They help my spine feel just wonderful. Give one a try! Quick, easy, and oh-so-good for you.

A gorgeous day for back porch yoga - the rain has held off! Here's a marigold from my back yard. Did you get outside today?
