I've been in and out of psychiatric wards since I was 16yrs.

I'm 51 now, and would like to hear what you have to say.

Unfortunately, there is an automated protection device to prevent web-links from being displayed until you are an editor.

It may be a tad unethical, but here is how you circumvent that automated stopper so you can post your ethical web-link:

Instead of posting the entire link on one line, enter a carriage return after the colon.

Then the receiver will just copy and paste.
