Herbs like tulsi, neem, saffron, turmeric, sandal wood, amla etc help to keep the skin healthy and disease free. Here is the list of benefits these herbs provide. According to ayurveda principles vitiated Kapha and pitta cause skin diseases. Neem pacifies vitiated kapha and pitta, thus helps to cure skin ailments. It promotes wound healing as it is antibacterial and astringent. In psoriasis it reduces itching, irritation, roughness of skin and heals the psoriatic patches. In same way it heals eczema too. It reduces infection and inflammation of acne. Neem helps to maintain the health of scalp skin and prevents dandruff. The combination of neem and tulsi help immensely to control diseases of skin. [b]Saffron[/b]: Saffron helps to reduce dark pigments, dark circles under eyes, acne and pimple. It helps to increase fairness and glow of skin. [b]Turmeric[/b]: Blood nourishes the skin and it is known fact that pure blood always keeps the skin glowing and radiant. Turmeric purifies blood, nourishes skin and gives it a healthy natural glow and radiance. A traditional face pack of India consists of gram flour, pure turmeric powder, milk and honey. This reduces inflammation of skin, acne, pimples and prevents many skin ailments.This pack prevents formation of wrinkles. [b]Sandal wood[/b]: Sandalwood has many antimicrobial properties. using herbal elements is always a good option. They have very less side effect. But the problem with them is that they take very long period to show the effect. You need to be very consistence with use of them. thanks a lot to you for sharing it.

Thanks this is a nice long list. I never heard of many of these but I have heard about tumeric being good for a lot of different health issues.

Very informative post. All-natural products are the best for skincare because they will have no side-effects on the skin. Other good ingredients are plant extracts, fruits and nuts.

Informative post. I enjoyed the post and thanks in consideration to posting such valuable tidings extras of all of us. Using seasoner parts is usually a decent possibility. they need terribly less aspect result. however the matter is that seasoner takes long amount to point out the result and the most important is that if you continue you must get a permanent solution.
