I just saw on the news that sixteen Highschools in VA are participating in College Education Week. Each student is given a folder to keep their materials and a flash drive to download their essays and applications.

Freedom Highschool plans to have every highschool senior completing at least one application by the end of the week. How cool is that!

Application and fees are waived this week. I'm not sure if this is nationwide or just in VA.

I thought I had responded to you earlier. I just noticed that I never did.

I am not sure if every state has it or not but many states have something similar. In North Carolina it is called North Carolina College Application Week. During that week many colleges waive their application fees.
