Healthy New Year's resolutions for girl's of all ages:

Preschoolers
* I will clean up my toys and put them away
* I will brush my teeth twice a day, wash my hands after going to the bathroom and before eating

Ages 5-12
* I will always wear a helmet when bicycling
* I will find an activity that I like and do it at least three times a week (jump roping, bike riding, dancing etc...)

Ages 13 and up
* I agree to not use cell phones or text message while driving and to always use a seat belt
* I will choose a non-violent video game or television show - and spend 1-2 hours each day on them
* I will resist peer pressure and experimenting drugs and alcohol
