Just watching Alex Haley's Series of ROOTS which i have seen many times
And after all this time of watching it i just now noticed
MacDonald Carey ( Tom Horton ) playing Squire James
do you know he played in Roots in 1977

I haven't seen Roots in a long time. I actually bought the mini series North and South with Patrick Swayze and James Read.

I meant to post this for Days fans but messed up lol

That show is great! My mom used to have me go rent it for her from the artsy video rental place, which was way far across town and not someplace she had a membership. I think she bought it when it came out on DVD. I used tow at chit at least once a year,because of Mom, but haven't seen it in at least 9 years.
