Back in 1994, after a car accident left me sitting, I did this I also realized that many of my goals weren't things I really wanted to do any longer. So I shorten the list.
When I got involved in life coaching training, my list shortened again when I created my life plan. My goals, with dates, are now all about that life plan. When I think up a new goal, I ask myself "how does this fit in with my plan" --is this something I want to add now.
