Looks like I'm going to have to learn how to do photos now. LOL

Sandra - vendor shows are almost like craft shows, but they are just home show companies for the most part. I would try googling vendor show and your town or area. See what comes up!

Lisa,

Thank you for sharing with us! It's great that you read my article too.

I love how you want to keep your paper pristine. I can't stand wrinkled papers! I search through stacks in the store to find nice, flat papers. Sometimes I even hold them up for the cashier so they don't wrinkle them. LOL (Silly, maybe, but it keeps my paper looking good!)

Kathleen -

It's more a professional pride - if someone pays a fairly large amount for my folded origami creations, they're expecting it to be perfect. I get orders for weddings and photo shoots, and the details need to be crisp for those.

OH! Vendor shows! I get it now! I did not realize that's what these shows / events were called. I think there's one of those that happens about every quarter in the next town over from me. Now I just have to figure out how to contact them BEFORE they have the next show! This is a small town area and I am pretty sure it's not listed on the internet. Maybe on Craigs List? I've never been to that site.

Thanks for clarifying!

Since you know how to post pictures on a posting, I would like to make a request....

Would you go over to the Paper Crafting thread (origami probably does not fit with scrapbooking??) and post some pictures of your origami creations? I have a very narrow concept of origami and would love to see some of the things you do. I'm familiar with the cranes (isn't everyone?) but how about some 3-D flowers?

Thanks for considering this request. smile

This is great! Keeps everything safe but it's basic and easy to do.

I posted a very basic article on organizing tonight. I will do some more specific things soon.

I will try to take a pic of my room - but know that it's at the BEFORE stage right now. LOL

Pictures would be great! I'm always open to new ideas for organizing and saving / conserving space.
