As a general hair tonic you can make a strong infusion of the herb ROSEMARY and use it as a final cleansing rinse everytime you wash your hair. It is reputed to help with balding, strengthens hair, regenerates dull hair follicles, smells lovely and makes hair shine and 'flow' freely!

If you have dark hair, you can add equal amounts of Rosemary tea to dark rum or brandy and if you have light hair (blond-blonde) then use vodka or cain spirits.

They say you can do the same with SAGE which does much of the same and also helps with slowing down the greying of your hair.

I use Rosemary all the time and I love it.
