We had a wonderful Chef's Salad the other day. It had lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, egg, ham, jalapenos, and Thousand Island Dressing. That dressing is so easy to make at home. It takes 10 minutes, including getting everything out, peeling the egg, making the dressing, and putting everything up! Homemade is so much tastier than any bottled Thousand Island.

I had a Very Veggie salad today which claimed to have pea pods in it. Not a one!! I had to add my own peapods! Is that fair? How are you doing today?

Doing ok, Lisa, all things considered. Have you tried my kale salad recipe from the Sandwiches Site? So good, and it improves over time.
