What tool, gadget or resource helped you become more productive or more profitable this year?

I started using CSE Light on my website. To validate the code and check the spelling. I have found it to be helpful. Before that I used Xenu to check broken links -- and I like that program, too. I plan to run my entire site through it shortely.

Neither has helped me gain money yet. But considering the spelling and link errors on my site, I'm thinking that the work we're doing to the website in general is contributing to the number of proposals I'm being asked to create.
